4L6 (4l6.com) is run by Lloydtown Media ("we", "us"), based in Ontario, Canada. This policy covers this website.
What we collect
- If you email us: your email address and whatever you include in the message.
- Automatically: our server records standard technical information when you visit, such as IP address, browser and device type, the page you came from, the pages you viewed and the time. We use it to keep the site running, see which guides are useful and prevent abuse.
- Third parties: fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address. If you follow a link to a ticket seller or other partner, their privacy policy applies from there, and they may record that you came from us so we can be credited.
How we use it
To reply to messages, run and improve the site, measure which pages are useful, detect abuse and meet legal obligations. We don't sell personal information.
How long we keep it
Server logs are kept for up to 12 months. Emails are kept for as long as the conversation is relevant.
Your rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@4l6.com. Depending on where you live, laws such as Canada's PIPEDA may give you more rights. We'll reply within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
